Metro Cinema at The Works

Each summer Metro Cinema partners with The Works Art and Design Festival to present films in conjunction with the annual celebration and exhibition of contemporary visual and conceptual art. We'll be teaming up with The Works again this year by screening two films that are generating lots of buzz in local art communities around the world.

We're especially excited that the directors of both works - Robert Adanto, The Rising Tide (therisingtidefilm.com) and Pamela T. Boll, Who Does She Think She Is (whodoesshethinksheis.net) - will be coming to Edmonton to engage with audiences to discuss their work as well as the practices and challenges faced by the artists featured in each of their feature length documentaries.
