Mostly Water presents: Metro Shorts

Hosted by Mostly Water, Metro Shorts is a live screening of short films, written, produced, directed, and performed by filmmaker-types from the greater Edmonton area. All filmmakers whose work is selected for inclusion will receive $50 CARFAC screening fees, with a $100 cash prize which will be given to the winner of each event. There will be 5 events in all between October and May; on the final evening a season champion will be declared. Metro Shorts is a chance for independent short filmmakers to have their work screened in a professional facility, be adjudicated by industry members, get paid, win prizes, and be forced to make more films.
