In partnership with Harcourt House Arts Centre, Metro Cinema is presenting a director's talk by Robert Adanto, creator of 'The Rising Tide'. This feature length documentary follows some of China's most talented and emerging artists whose work reflects the country's rising influence as an economic, political and cultural force.
The talk will include a live stream between Mr. Adanto and some of the artists featured in the film as they discuss their current situation: how and what they're doing now that the tides have shifted so dramaticallly (economically and otherwise) since the film was completed last year.
