The idyllic small town of Evan's City, Pennsylvania becomes hell on earth when a manmade virus is accidentally unleashed, causing permanent insanity in those infected. As friends and neighbours succumb to the virus and turn homicidal, a small band of survivors must not only fight “the crazies”, but evade a military presence intent on containing the outbreak by any means necessary.
