Jerry Hickfang works on the shipping line at a bath-and-toilet manufacturer in a small Mid-Western town. He’s a happy yet damaged man-child who wants desperately to fit in, especially in the romance department, but his dog Bosco and cat Mr. Whiskers have divided opinions on the matter, which they express to Jerry in distinct accents. They also function as his super ego and id, narrating Jerry’s mental turn toward the homicidal. The fourth film from Paris-based Iranian director and comic book artist Marjane Satrapi (Persepolis), The Voices is a thriller-horror-comedy hybrid about a likable schizophrenic murderer, both candy-coloured and shiny with fresh wet blood. (Indiewire).

MAR 13 @ 9:30PM presented by DEDFEST.
