Metro is an AMAAS member along with the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers, EMMEDIA, Quickdraw Animation Society, NUTV, herland Film Festival (all in Calgary), Boreal Electro-Acoustic Music Society, The Medicine Hat Film Festival, and FAVA.
