Rachel Talalay’s eclectic career spans four decades of directing and producing. Her resume includes directing Tank Girl, Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare, Ghost in the Machine, Wind in the Willows and more than 75 hours of television in the US, UK and Canada. She is best known for her work on Doctor Who, Sherlock, and multiple episodes of American television including American Gods, Marvel’s Iron Fist, DC’s Doom Patrol, Quantum Leap, Riverdale, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, SuperGirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and The Flash. Her producing history is equally varied: from Hairspray (1988) and Cry-Baby, to the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise (parts 3 and 4), to The Borrowers.
